Bread and Butter:

The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought our society Back to Basics!  It is evident that NEEDS and WANTS have to be re-evaluated by everybody.  YET.... Some of us feel the need to express ourselves, we want to CREATE with friends, and family, we want to CONNECT!  
Here is your chance, and this is the lesson to give you the tools to bring out your culinary artist and to share it with others!  
As promised, I would like to introduce you to Kevin Clark.  I have been so fortunate to have my neighbours: Kevin and Tricia Clark of Kevin Clark Studios.  They photographed my homemade Sourdough Bread and Butter last weekend... on my sundeck!  (taking social distancing into account)

During the photo shoot, I was impressed by Kevin's commitment and pursuit of excellence!  He was meticulous about getting the lighting JUST right, and getting the best shots possible.  He gives us some great tips! 
Setting up the tripod, backdrop, surface for shooting, lighting, flash, diffused light, flags, laptop were just the beginning.  Learn more about the Photography process as part of your assignment.

Homemade Butter. 1. Pour cream into a jar 2.  Shake, Shake, Shake  3.  Rinse, and add Salt,  Voila!
